Rolear.ON is a brand of the Rolear Group, whose mission is to plan, maintain, remodel and improve infrastructure, systems and equipment in both the public and private spheres.
By meeting the basic needs of different communities, the aim is also to contribute to their well-being and increased quality of life.
Our aim is for our activities to be carried out in harmony with the environment; thus, in addition to conceiving and executing new projects where the use of renewable energies, safety and smooth communication and information provide the basis for our sustainability, we also focus on maintaining and restoring existing installations, improving their functionality and energy efficiency.
QUALITY
The conformity of our integrated management system with the requirements of norms NP ISO 9001, NP ISO 14001, ISO 45001 is recognised by an independent, accredited body, which awarded the corresponding certifications.
We structured our quality management system in order to enable us to achieve high standards on behalf of our customers and suppliers, but also to encourage our employees to seek for continuous improvement in their performances.
eNVIRONMENT
Environmental care is one of Rolear biggest concerns not only in our business but also in our internal management.
We proudly undertake that responsability by strongly committing to the maximum in protecting natural resources, specially from the possible impact of our activities.
In this way, in addition to the ecologically correct procedures we daily maintain within the Group, we constantly seek solutions that can be more effective in the environmental level.
Generaly, Rolear.ON will do its utmost to contribute to the achievement of high level of Comfort both in public or private spaces, through suppliyng, installing and assembling infra-structures, adequate technical equipment, high-quality and innovative, environmentally friendly and safely built up to provide full satisfaction to their customers as well as all stakeholders.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Employees are the essence of any company and their health and safety are a cornerstone in Rolear Group.
In this area of responsibility, we analyse the inherent risks to the various activities aiming to either eliminating them or, when this is not possible, strictly controlling these risks through rigorous assessment.
This control is planned out based on protection and prevention, allowing risks to be excluded at source. Work can then be properly adapted considering who is doing it and the technical development stage in question. Material selection can be thought out by choosing low risks items, thereby ensuring collective and individual safety.
Our employee's health is also an asset that we must look after. With this in mind all of our staff members are checked over regularly by a specialised company, ensuring they are able to get access to medical care as and when necessary
